FAQs

How To Clean Air Handler Coils?
Simply remove the exterior paneling of your HVAC system to access the coils on your air handler and spray the coils with a proper cleaning solution (AC Coil/Foam Cleaning Kit or a standard Evaporator Coil Cleaner). After spraying this solution and letting it sit for the recommended time, take a hand sprayer with warm water and spray it on the coils to remove leftover debris. If there is any debris still stuck in the corners of the coils, then you can take a compressed air gun and use it to push the remaining debris out.
Can I expedite my order?

Yes. Safe Air Technology is very efficient in managing our production and procurement departments. This allows us to deliver our explosion proof HVAC systems faster than others without incurring overtime and unnecessary material delivery charges. This in turn helps Safe Air Technology maintain the best possible price structure for our clients. However, there are times that you may need your system even sooner than a standard delivery quoted by Safe Air Technology. We can offer, on most explosion proof HVAC projects, an expedited delivery. Safe Air Technology is very careful in this area. We will review the requirements and the logistics needed to meet your requested delivery time. If we can 100% confirm this delivery date, we will offer you an expedite fee based on the following: 1. Cost for expediting materials (if needed) and 2. Overtime hours to produce and deliver your explosion proof HVAC project. For more details on this matter please call Safe Air Technology. We look forward to working with you and will find the solution that serves you best.

What Does an Air Handler Look Like?
At first glance, the air handler is a metal box that looks similar to a furnace. Specifically, the air handler of an HVAC system looks different depending on the type of unit, but all air handlers typically consist of a blower, evaporator coil, filter racks, sound dampers, and other parts of the ventilation system.
What is an Air Handler?
An air handler delivers cool or warm air throughout your entire home and it functions with the cooling/heating components of your HVAC system. The air handler's only function is to “handle” air and circulate/regulate it throughout your home.
Why is My Air Handler Not Working?
The most common reason for a broken air handler is the evaporator coils being blocked because of debris and unwanted particles. Luckily, this is an easy fix - clean your air handler coils and your system should start running properly!
What is the average delivery time?
Delivery times may vary based on the unit selection and specifications from the client. Safe Air Technology prides itself on three key issues: Quality, Pricing and On-Time Delivery. Whatever your needs are, Safe Air Technology can deliver fast and on time.

Please confirm that your selection is correct for both safety and delivery issues.
