Welcome to Safe Air Technology’s shipping and receiving department. Here at Safe Air Technology we offer various solutions to ensure our clients receive their explosion proof HVAC equipment on site quickly. We can work with freight forwarders selected by you, the client, or Safe Air Technology can provide logistic services for the shipping of your HVAC equipment locally, regionally, nationally, or internationally.

Safe Air Technology can provide shipping by land, sea or air. Strategically located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Safe Air Technology has the ability to ship from several standard ports to include New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Houston. If necessary, we can accommodate your needs by shipping from another port of you’re choice. We are also conveniently located near the Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Houston airports to ensure efficient service by air. By land, Safe Air Technology is partnered with one of Louisiana’s most dedicated and reliable trucking companies in the industry, Elite Transportation Services.  Elite Transportation Services has the ability to transport Safe Air Technology explosion proof HVAC projects of all sizes, and their ability to ship day or night ensures distribution in a timely manner. All outgoing projects are inspected prior to shipping, and digital photos are taken as part of quality assurance procedures. Tarps are provided for the HVAC equipment for additional protection. All projects are insured, and proper documentation can be issued to provide confirmation.

It is very important to remember that engineering, procurement, manufacturing and testing your project in a timely manner is only part of our mission.  On-Time delivery is another factor we take pride in, and once delivered in perfect condition, only then do we consider our project successful.
