Beau LeBlanc is the Vice President of Business Development at Safe Air Technology, where he leads strategic partnerships, customer engagement, and the advancement of the company’s HVAC solutions for mission-critical and hazardous environments. Since joining the executive leadership team, Beau has played a pivotal role in expanding the SAWPAC product line and positioning Safe Air Technology as a trusted provider across key industries including oil and gas, data centers, and modular infrastructure.

With over 20 years in the oil field—including hands-on work across North America, the Middle East, and Asia—Beau brings a powerful combination of global field expertise, operational insight, and client-focused strategy to the HVAC industry. His leadership bridges the gap between technical performance and real-world application—ensuring that every solution aligns with both engineering requirements and end-user goals. He collaborates across departments to drive project development, streamline execution, and build lasting customer relationships rooted in trust and performance.

 

Known for his direct, results-driven approach and strong commitment to customer success, Beau contributes across product development, sales strategy, and process optimization. His focus is always on delivering clarity, consistency, and reliable outcomes.

Outside of work, Beau is a devoted husband and father of four—three adult children and one 12-year-old daughter who keeps the house full of life. He’s also a proud grandfather of two. A lifelong car enthusiast, Beau enjoys studying classic and modern automotive design, taking scenic drives, and sharing that passion with his family.
