A cabinet cooler enhances the passive convection of a cabinet – that is, the natural cooling airflow past heat-generating electrical components – with the forced convection of a fan or blower. If you have electrical equipment that tends to overheat in a cabinet in your building, a cabinet cooler can be a great solution.
If properly maintained, our cabinet coolers should last for upward of 20 years of service, which might outlast your equipment! The fans in our units typically last between 7 and 10 years, but will get noisy before then, which is a good time to replace them., an air handler is estimated to last anywhere from 10-25 years.
