Commercial and industrial AC units typically need to deal with much larger spaces than residential ones do. As a result, HVAC systems designed for businesses with large open spaces tend to be larger and more powerful.

A pressurization unit is designed to maintain the appropriate amount of pressure in an AC unit for the system to work optimally and consistently. Our AC and Pressurization units can be customized for wall, roof, or skid-mounted designs as well!
The size of commercial AC system you need will depend on many different factors, including the size of the space you want to heat or cool, the design and construction of the building itself, the external temperature, and more. As a rough estimate, it takes 25 BTUs to cool one square foot of commercial space. Once you’ve determined the total BTUs you need, divide by 12,000 and you will get the tonnage required for your AC system.
