Mandy Nelson

Mandy Nelson brings nearly two decades of hands-on HR leadership to Safe Air Technology, with a deep passion for both people and process. As Director of Human Resources, she leads initiatives across recruiting, policy design, compensation modeling, performance management, training development, and benefits administration. Since beginning her HR career in 2007, Mandy has supported teams in engineering, environmental services, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing, always focused on building strong teams and creating a culture of collaboration.

In leadership since 2012, Mandy has been instrumental in developing scalable HR workflows, driving compliance, implementing HRIS systems and building HR Teams that support companies continued growth. She genuinely loves what she does and can’t imagine doing anything else. Mandy is an active member of SHRM enjoys networking with others in the HR community to share ideas, learn, and grow.

Outside of work, she is a proud mom of three that she has with her husband of 23 years. When she is not working you can find her spending time with her family and friends.
