Stacey Battaya

Stacey Battaya joins Safe Air Technology in July 2025 as a Project Director, bringing over two decades of experience as a manufacturing excellence leader. She's eager to contribute to the company's future growth, armed with a diverse skill set that includes leadership, technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

Stacey holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Mississippi State University and an MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University. Her extensive career has touched various industries, including aluminum rolling, plastics, petrochemicals, chemicals, and the HVAC/dehumidification sector. She has a proven track record in operations management, project management, change management, and continuous improvement.
 

A true believer in the power of people, Stacey champions the idea that culture, employee engagement, and development drive profitability, sales, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

 

Stacey lives in Denham Springs and is a proud mom to her son who is in college for computer/electrical engineering. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing and camping in the Louisiana and Mississippi state parks, and is passionate about cooking and grilling. Stacey also enjoys traveling for family visits and beach trips.
